Assessments can reveal both capacity and needs. There are many assessment methods to choose from. A planning consultation uses existing knowledge of community demographics, stakeholders, service gaps, along with your mission and the assessment’s intended use to focus in on the most relevant assessment strategies. Typically Includes: One facilitated planning meeting with your team, assessment planning templates, and a written summary of assessment options, resources and recommendations. Compilation of pre-existing data, additional planning meetings and coaching are also available as add-on services.

Evaluation plans should align with your program’s Logic Model (or Theory of Change), and employ strategies for gathering data in tandem with your program activities. The result is a system that leverages your team’s capacity and provides incredibly revealing impact data. Working together we will review your program’s Logic Model and evaluation needs, explore outcomes goals, key performance indicators and data collection tools. Depending on your program’s level of readiness, we may update or begin to develop a logic model to inform the evaluation process. Your team will be coached through the process of beginning an evaluation plan and will be provided the tools to complete the plan. Typically Includes: two facilitated exploration and planning meetings with your leadership team, logic model and evaluation planning framework templates, and a written summary of evaluation options, resources and recommendations. Additional planning meetings or workshops and coaching are available as add-on services.
